Is BestTap free?
Yes. The initial UAE iPhone pilot is free. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when your invitation is ready.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. Add the card products you own and record purchases manually. No card numbers or bank passwords are required. Automatic bank syncing isn’t available yet.
Are these my actual bank rewards?
BestTap estimates rewards from the cards, balances and purchases you record. Your bank or rewards programme confirms your actual balance and eligibility. Points and miles stay separate, and AED estimates use supported valuations only. Missed rewards are potential extra rewards from another owned card—not cash taken from your account.
Can I redeem through BestTap?
Not directly. BestTap helps you explore options and card-linked offers. Complete redemption through your bank or rewards programme, then record it in BestTap. Options and minimums vary by provider.
How does it suggest new cards?
Once there’s enough recorded spending, BestTap can compare potential rewards from adding a card to your wallet. These are exploratory estimates before fees, not guaranteed savings or approval. Review annual fees, eligibility and current bank terms before applying.

When do invites go out?
